First I Start
with Cardio
And then I end
the Day with Rest
Working out by daytime
to me is just Best
So, Kick it in gear
but warn up first
Hydrate with water to
quench your thirst
Now, go on and
stretch and strengthen
your muscles
Because, the last thing
you need is to fall and tumble
Yoga, Pilates and
weight training
Cycling, Dancing
and Running
Walking, Swimming
and Jogging
Squats, Push-ups
and Hiking
So, get it together and
find your center
You got the eye of the
tiger So, Therefore
you're a winner!!
