Looking for love,this has been mankind's endless quest
Regardless of it's discovery, it never gives anybody rest
Again and again, it's gets used and abused
till it's meaning turns to dust, and the air it binds gets infused
So many people view love as a polite and almost happy distraction
The signs of time proves it's dilution, with no hope of satisfaction
Love, which was once a natural form of mutual expression
Now it's so superficial that it can lead to abyssmal depression
It's found everywhere, from people to places, to worthless things
That's way out of whack, that a bird turned condor sings
Bearing little truth in it's melody, so full of lies
That even Satan himself can trully despise
A question has been asked, what is true love?
Forever going unanswered, but no matter how I feel, it's the only thing that I keep thinking of !!!
