this is because they find pleasure from giving it to others

Empaths find pleasure by watching other people receive pleasure
By feeling others receive and embody pleasure
It is the ultimate gesture of kindness
They believe it is a gift
But it is also a curse
A curse that needs to be lifted

And one that holds the highest reward
Because the universe rewards those who know what they want
And empaths know what other people want
So they feel indebted to give it to them
The same way the universe is indebted to give you what you want
