This war of equanimity
The world has denied
Both you and me.
They claim it’s a cold war
But it is as hot as hell
And the collateral damage is of
A Sodom and Gomorrah swell.
Cold or hot, war can’t be fought
For the freedom of just some
When fought, a war must be
For the freedom of everyone.
A parallel world we are not;
We are its and it is all we got.
Thus liberation can’t be for just some.
