We sit in the corners
Contemplating,
Writing,
wondering in thoughts
it looks as if we are lost.
But we are found
we are a Poet
Listening to words of
wisdom in music.
Swaying to the healing rhymes
singing to the legacy they leave
in our soul feeling the burn, feeling
our souls morn.
We are being confronted by the profound …
We are a Poet
We are challenged by
Stanza’s
Rhyme,
Meter,
Nouns,
Subject,
Verbs and Pronouns.
Styles put us in a place to
direct the masterpiece that’s
on it’s way.
We are a Poet
We hurt,
Give,
Share,
Love & Die
By the world we live and thrive.
We are Poets.
