It’s official, we’ll not have full liberty
Until we realize our vote really counts;
We don’t have to be enslaved by a party
That never responds to our voting amounts:-
Remember, we’ve been in both of the big two;
The racist Republicans and Democrats too.
Both parties seek power for themselves;
Not equanimity for people like me and you.
Yes, yes, yes, there have been “Mr. Lanklons”
But there have also been Mr. Wallaces too!
One thing we must realize is that both parties
Will still focus on monitoring our political demise
In establishing and ensuring their mongering rise.
Yes, it’s all still racist power-mongering politics,
And we must remain aware of their political tricks.
Praise God for Marshals, Obamas, and Lady Pamalas,
But we still need more like them in our winning formulas:-
Hey, why should we not have our own Black Panther Party
Dedicated to the total liberation of voters like you and me?
