in this scene I'm young not sure how old I am I'm sitting at a table staring into a pile of lima beans hoping they would magically disappear unfortunately they didn't I woke up face downs in the plate ordered to get up go wash my face and get ready for school upon returning from school I was told to do my homework and in the strictest way I could not go outside to play do you believe in magic I do because that evening at dinner those same beans magically appeared on my plate what??? they didn't get thrown away ordered to eat them are get em shoved down my throat I managed to put the puke green morsels away one gag at a time I told this story leading up to what I'm about to say next here goes watching the antics of children in this day and age is like watching younger siblings get away with murder "I couldn't do that we couldn't do that could we" let them have their dino nuggets cheese sticks hot pockets pizza rolls whatever goes in a air fryer and microwave oven turn their nose up at cooked food refuse to eat leftovers like money grows on trees really that's what they believe can't be mad at em tho I guess we older siblings can honestly say we took one for the team
