Pour out your Emotions with Writing,

Is what you really should do,

When you are feeling down and out, 

When you are feeling so, so blue.

Pour out your emotions with writing,

When you can't seem to figure it out, 

When you really just don't have a clue, and 

You are going through fears and doubts.

Pour out your emotions with writing,

When you have done all that you can,

When you don't have the slightest idea,

Through these trials, you continue to stand.

Even when you're feeling so down,

When your feel life is treating you unfairly,

When you want to turn your frown to smile,

of the burdens that you have to carry. 

If you can not vent through writing,

How about going for a calming walk,

Let go of frustrations with a hobby, or

a lending ear so you can vent and t...

Poor wounded Soul,

trying to survive

Life's Trauma,

from one powerful blow.

All that your soul needs,

is to feel at ease,

careless and free,

just feel the nice breeze,

sit back and relax and

Have no worries.

Let go of it All,

The Pain, suffering,

worrying, and sorrow,

Leave yesterday behind,

push forward to tomorrow.

This agony that you endure

won't Last long,

So try to be strong,

it is only a test,

When Loneliness is your Spouse

This one just came to me, IDK what do

you guys think???? I'm just letting th words

flow.

When Loneliness is your spouse,

You two can lounge around in the house,

Be bored, say nothing and just be still,

Don't interact, just kick back and mainly

just chill.

There's no talking back, no nagging, no sound

The House is so still that there's no one around

The lonely sets in, its just you alone,

Being in SOLITUDE is what is now shown

No backtalkling, nagging or even

arguments,

Just a quiet still calmness

that is heaven sent

There's nothing wrong

with ISOLATION,

To be by yourself and

have RESTORATION,

It allows you the time

to be with one's self

Recooperate yourself

minus everybody else

There's nothing wrong

Beautiful Scars

BEAUTIFUL SCARS

are

IMPERFECTIONS,

REFLECTING FIGHT and HURTS,

showing a

STORY OF HEALING.

When you look at

your BATTLE SCARS,

where you been, and

who you are,

You find your

UNIQUE and SPECIAL,

a BEAUTIFUL

SHOOTING STAR,

Your SCARS DEPICTS,

Your JOURNEY,

For, you have COME VERY FAR.

You may have SCARS,

From the HURTS of the PAST, but

You CONQUERED THEM ALL

NO,

THEY DID NOT LAST,

Your SCARS

SHOWS BEAUTY

DESPITE the TRAUMA,

of ALL that you

WENT THROUGH,

INCLUDING the DRAMA.

It's all BEHIND you

NO,

TURNING BACK NOW,

move FORWARD

with your LIFE,

STAND OUT and

BE PROUD!!!!

JUST GIVE GOD

BATTLE SCARS

tell your

STORY!!!!

On Pins and Needles

It's like walking on PINS and NEEDLES,

which is very, very HARD to ENDURE,

While going through TRYING TIMES, and HARDSHIPS,

Looking for HOPE but just NOT TOO SURE. 

When LIFE is GIVING you LEMONs or 

You are just HANGING on by a THREAD,

or looking for a SCAPEGOAT or,

MAYBE IT ALL IN YOUR HEAD.

Whenever there is a PROBLEM,  

an ISSUE or NO RESOLUTION,

JUST ALWAYS REMEMBER:

THROUGH IT ALL!!!

There will always be a SOLUTION!!!

When Your NERVES are on the EDGE, and

YOU'RE COMPLETELY LOOSING CONTROL,

Your MIND is GOING SIDEWAYS,

As if you have NO PLACE ELSE TO GO,

When your NERVES are GETTING THE

BEST of YOU, and 

THOUGHTS are going TO and FRO.

Just TAKE in a FEW DEEP BREATHS, and ...

Don't make this an issue,

When You living in the hood, and

you wish a n**** Would!!

Everything's Aiight!!!

Aye, Ya'll cool??? 

Yeah we tight???,

Trash all over the place,

 it's just a sin and

 a shame it's such a disgrace,

Get outta my face, or 

Imma put you in your place,

Don't make a sound,

 not even a peep,

Can't keep your mouth shut, 

then take several seats,

It's about to go down,

The Stillness of Time

In the stillness of time,

is where I tend to live, 

Tranquility and peace, 

is what calmness will give.

Everything is at a halt,

and is frozen in time,

a time to decompress and 

to just to unwind.

To live in this state,

will be so divine, happiness 

for those few moments,

will feel just fine.

I wish that I could stay,

in this frame of reposed mind,

just to dwell for a lifetime,

Frozen in this time.

Wintertime is cold

Chilly, cold, might even snow

Wear your winter gear

Springtime is anew

Flowers bloom and warmer days

Blue skies with Sunrays

Summer is Humid

Hot, Exhausting, and Draining,

Uncomfortable

Autumn resembles

Cooler temps and shorter days

A time for Harvest

Constrained

Release me from these shackles,

I don't need to be contained,

away from the guilt of it,

I don't need to be constrained.

Release me from the burdens,

Release me from all Fears,

Release me from these Hardships,

That I have dealth with for so many years.

Release me from Constraints of sorrow,

of shedding so many Tears,

Wishing that someone would save me,

Wishing that help was near.

Release me from Trail and error,

Release me from all doubts,

Loose me from the thought of thinking,

If the fact that there's no way out.

Constrained from Financial difficulties,

Constrained from the ware and tear,

When you're feeling down and low,

When Life is treating you unfair.

Release me from ALL CONSTRAINTS,

This is my beck and call,

Oh, Please Release ...
