I love you but I failed at loving you how you needed me to love you I was willing to learn but you couldn't teach me how to I'm a visual learner you couldn't show me the way to your heart when half of the time you didn't know which way to go you didn't know north from south east from west you couldn't draw me a map I patiently waited for you to decide what you had a taste for you never could decide I always had to be the one to decide for you no matter what I chose on the menu you didn't like I smiled while screaming inside "SHE'S NEVER SATISFIED" for all the years we spent swapping DNA when you bump your noggin I get a headache when I left I said "it's not you it's me" that's not true I was lying through my teeth I would tell you anything to break free besides all the run ins we had a good run we had some good times shared a lot of laughs we had a load of fun even though we had to color the blues to make a difficult situation brighter I gave you a slew of clues you couldn't read the ques I drew for you to figure out you couldn't win if you cheat that's how come we lost I blamed you for the loss looking back over the years it's plain to see it's not your fault it's no mystery we failed miserably in deep

Casting Lots (10192025)you finally reach the stage where you realize everything you thought you knew about the spell caster is a lie you traveled this far to discover everything you ever needed in life was always inside it's the final act in which signifies the conclusion of an event which is your life drawing to a close you open your eyes one more time and see it all clear nothing is what it appears to be you step out to take a bow and wait for a bouquet but the audience has gone to sleep and yet to awake feeling as if you been betrayed by the one who you portrayed believing it's all true is a risk we all take we'll go out the way to get it appraised only to find out its fake false and a waste of faith |

First And Foremost (10102025)I can't say you broke my heart it was already broke you gave me false hope I believed in us thought you believed in us too when the covenant broke I found out it wasn't true I never cried so much in my life since the time my heart first broke it had me at the end of my rope couldn't cope acting like I'm on dope everyday I wrote to stay afloat only a poet knows it's better when it flows like tears throughout the years threw out the old me no longer feel like you owe me an explanation for sinking the relation ship and ruining the situation we had I no longer feel bad I'm good better than you thought I would ever be I was foolish to think you would never leave me high and dry without supplies left for dead still survived only God knows how I rise too resilient to feel the pain but still sometimes I feel the strain it feels strange but not too intense to complain |

Got The Drop (10082025)I was visited by what appeared to be a wasp wearing a very nice yellow jacket I killed it at once it took me by surprise I don't know how it got inside I stood silently by put my jitters aside then calculated a plan with a spay bottle in my hand saturated its wings then put out its little light before it had a chance to jab me multiple times I had no empathy I showed no sympathy I knew its capability the moment I posed a threat I would get stung repeatedly and suffer a painful inflamed response |
