These are the moments in life where we straggle in vain,
These moments follow us like the passing rain,
Falling and collecting on us and drenching us in pain,
Same drawn in this, and fall painfully insane,
But this rain, emptiness inspired rain can bring change,
Seemingly to others turning a new page,
Releasing new realizations to be engaged,
This leaving the sadistic to tremble in rage,
For life has birthed a new loving age,
This happening in the passing of the rain of pain.
