Apple eyed high on lists derived
You persist to insist I’m that one
Planning my life, vicariously wishing
Slipping into dreams of fancy, antsy
Based on your midnight’ fantasy
Dancing in your eyes loving expectation
Begging for entry inside, with a smile
Beguile as your grin, belies insistence
I see in your eyes, this very same admission
Playing out our lives based on my submission
Renditions of happy ever after conquest is over
Assuming the love of a frame will sustain
Willing to maintain false existence at all cost
Long as that look and those looks can be retained
Forced to look in, to really find the mystique outside
Surprised by the shade, cobwebs and shadow....inside
Finding your self in the losing battle to faulty facades
