Close your eyes, now take a deep breath,

listen closely, here's what i want you to do next.

I want you come relax with me.....

 Come float with me for awhile,

Imagine there are horizons every where you view,

with placid waters greens upon blue.

Imagine your floating on a neatly crafted cloud,

gentel breezes caressing your skin, while the

sun gently warms your smile.

Breathe....

let out a laugh, let all be calm,

to panic there is no need.

Let your mind untangle the thoughts from your emotions,

sinking yourself deeper, immersing yourself in calming solvent moments.

Take yourself to another place, with each breath,

inhale and exhale, allow yourself to unwind even more

into your innerself.

Now don't say a word......

Sit back, let the gentle comfort flow though you,

Do you feel that? a warming pulse from deep within,

taking your body on a journey it's never been.

Be still......

And let gravity  take away all that clutters your mind,

just let your body relax and forget about the time.

Now calm your restless breathing,

slow down your ragged heartbeat,
