I want this to be over but I still have a long way to go.
I want this to be true but I long way free seeing it
I want to be with you, I don't want to be scared anymore
But I am a long way from being whole
How can you consider yourself defective when you have accomplished so much.
You haven't had to sell drugs or shoot at your folks
So why aren't you living the stereotype, why haven't you fallen in the hype
They would just as soon sacrifice your body with bullets and your soul with misdeeds
So why haven't you fallen for the propaganda.
You are weak in the right way, and strong where no one can see.
But you are somewhat defective and you have a long way to go before you are whole.
