That time is coming again
Time went by so fast
I thought I got over it all
Until it came to call
Creeping into my dreams
Waking me to tears
Crawling down my face
Same time
Same tears
Same day
Year after year
A reminder
Puts me on notice
The time is here
The voices I hear
Faces I see
Colors
Flavors
Fragrances
Upon my distant stare
Restless
To whom can I
Confess this
Anger
Trauma
Tragedy
That happened to you
Still there are no answers
No clue
You’re the only one
Who knows who
