I can forget you, pretend that you are not here. Like a bitter red wine I swallowed you whole and my heart sank; and I released you from the chambers of my heart. I am not here, not myself but a façade of what I used to be. I am weakened by blows struck to the center of my chest, which in turn leaves a gaping hole and air compasses my lonely soul and I am replaced with hatred for you, I am consumed with anger. I breathed you, I lived you, I loved you and with the swing of your fist you stole this from me. With a sharp twist of your words you robbed me of love and I hate you for this. I hate you so much that I can no longer breathe you, and the air that filled my lungs turned to poison, because you are poison. Raiding into my body like deadly venom, I tried to spit out the pain but you are still here. Killing me slowly, dying slowly, and breathing so slowly. My eyes shut, wide awake and feeling all of the burn and after effects of your bite, I am still here and left delusional with only a severed piece of my shallow soul mended to my body. And I hate you for stealing me away, and I hate you for taking love from me, for stealing it, for hiding it. I hate you for all of the pain that you have caused me!
