 Because of our loss we are sad,

since you are in heaven we are not mad,

you no longer hurt and we are glad.

While on earth you faced such a fight,

In deaths freedom your soul took flight,

throught that wonderful tunnel of light.

Where you go there, is no night,

but so many beautiful sights,

Where jesus our savior is light.

Your new body will never grow old,

never again a night will be cold,

in that city with streets of gold.

When through death I find my way,

enter my child  and he will say,

Oh! what a glorious day.
