You would have to be crazy if you think this world is sane
To much death to many people acting as if they don't have a brain
Some say its only in the hood but it's every where
Some choose to only see when it's right in front
Others will just flip a light switch so it will forever stay in the dark
I learned to embrace my mistakes because it has helped shape me
to be a smarter person than yesterday
I move on from yesterday but always remember
So I don't make them same mistakes twice
You think one time would be enough
Some I guess don't mind paying the price again and again
My time is to valuable plus my pockets shortly end
I'm trying to go far but I'm not sure where
Stragging to find my purpose
I learned to act deaf to those you say I'm worthless
Family does me dirtier than my enemies
And people will amaze you with the spiteful things they do
Because the envy you look at my boy Lil Snupe
Such talent erased from this earth forever
But I am grateful for the songs he has left
Cuz he brings such happiness makes my heart almost beat right out my chest
Waiting for him to come and slay on the beat
Speaking words of realiness which are hard to come by
Because so many feel they need a fake persona in order to get by
It's crazy how life can abruptly be ended my cousin at 20
One minute he was here now gone without a trace
Sometimes I wish I could do anything just to see his face
That's why when I'm alone I pace
Because mind still is having a hard time accepting the fact
Memories are all I have in order to hear his laugh
I wanna be on top I wanna be somebody
I wanna make him smile from up there
I stopped focusing on living my life in order to get up there
I just live my life by doing what's right and making sure those who matter are more than alright
But people always try to take advantage of the nice guy
People say you change Cuz you stopped letting them speak to you any type of way
Strange but hey I cut me loose and nevee think twice
Just goes to show everybody isn't supposed to be forever in your life
Their there just for moment to help you realize negative energy is something you won't condone
I learned people rather chill with snakes because they fear to be alone
But time to one's self is really how you grow because you discover
Things about yourself you and nobody even knew
It's crazy how much of us as individuals is still unknown
That's why each day is a learning experience
To prepare us for are purpose in life
I just pray mine is to write
And help people not to be afraid to open their eyes
Because to many force them to be closed tight
Their nothing to fear only fear itself
Just be happy to enjoy life it's a crazy ride
A roller coaster with endless amount of drops twist and turns
But that's life you live and you learn....
