He stood before me and asked "Have you ever loved?"
Confused..I ask "What is love?"
He replyed, "Love is when two people
care for one another...
I stood stareing him in the eye and replyed...
"You mean when a man ever so strong is
broken down by the touch of a women?
When a man will give up everything in his world,
Just to be with the one he longs for?
When he would walk away from his life long friend,
Because he said something about her?
And how for no reason at all he would become so
mad over something so stupid?
How his heart would grow so heavy with sadness
because of something he did or said when he was mad?
He took my hand and replyed "Yes"
Then I can say I have loved....
this I can confess.
