The truth, I, speak, is relevant
As, I, stand in your presence
Everything tangible, I, loved, I, lost, is my evidence
I, found out, the hard way, even lost, my residence
But, for some reason, it built ,my confidence
Plus, I'm built with extra resilience
So, to all my undercover, dictators
And I, can't forget, you insinuators
In reality, you're just prevaricator's
Who drive's my divine, indicators
I, salute you, for, you were, my biggest motivators
You insisted on, being my, spirit damper
That's why, I, peeled you off, and placed you, in the hamper
Plus, remained, a happy camper
Feeling blessed, beautiful, and enamored
It wasn't easy, I, had to learn
Along with, many bridges, that were burned
Do I, go straight, or do I, turn
My respect, wasn't given, it was earned
I had to be, broken all the way down, in order to learn
To appreciate, what I, had instead of complain
My, down fall ,was my pride, so, I, take the blame
Kept, my head up, what's, the use in being shame
plus, my attitude, I had to learn to tame
But, through my struggles, I found the lesson
Then, I, was showered, with divine, blessings
My dictations, are my expressions
Now, I'm headed, in the right direction
To assure, my proper destine
I, salute, my, prevaricator's, you ask me why?
Because, they made me stronger, and a little more wise
That taught me, to only look, and see, through, one eye
And seeing, for myself, the were blessings, in disguise
So, it's no more than right, and this is what I must do
Never sale my soul, and stand, in the truth
