laboring through the trials of day
and the weeping pains of night---
from the quarry of life,
we hewed out the stone of romance---
chiseling away its superflicious edges,
we sculpt a love supreme;
accepting and respecting differences---
embracing the beauity of the oneness
our togetherness shares:
