I tried to convince my son of greater things but the world was mor efficient in convincing him of lesser things. I told him that "the world is yours" but he could not see past his block.
They had him blocked in and blocked me out. I push with the words and lecture and they push with the feelings.
They were down in his bones and I barely made it past the ether of his mind. They had him fighting for life. I tried to have him fight for a life worth living.
I want greater things and more for my children than what I had.
