You have to breathe and then count the breaths. The next one could be your last. It sounds like a concrete thing but it really is't. YOu have to always keep pushing for a result, to be more than you ever thought you could be.
At least thats how it works in my mind. I'm hoping that how it could work in yours.
We are more than we ever thought we could be. At least that is what I am hoping.
