Apostasy is one condition that plagues us most,
To know the truth, reject it, and pull on a different rope,
To forget the word, the past, the world, and hope,
It is the epitome of sin, to fully comprehend, and still have doubt,
Not just in God, country, humanity, and family, but also in what we're all about,
Its never to late to change, to learn, to forgive, to live, and repent,
I always wonder, about our biggest blunder - why do we pretend to forget?
