He's on desk duty

Anyone with a brain
Can smell a set-up big and bold
Poor Orta was not treated just
Jailed and thrown under the bus
Evidence not ample

Haunts his family and leaves us to grieve
Ruled a homicide
Cops must have lied
To make a grand jury believe
We have been here a few times before
