Lately distant & different
Feeling estranged
Who to trust who to love
When living your last days
I only write to keep my mind off the grave
This is not depression but my reality of today
Some who heard the news was sad with me
Tried to get my spirits up
Cracked jokes and laughed with me
Others turned to strangers like they forgot all the memories they ever had with me
My momma was sad
Couldn't even tell my dad
When im gone I just want everyone to know
My bad
Im sorry I didn't last
