been thinking I've been thinking
too much about yesterday
minds not much on today
maybe tomorrow I will
sit and ponder upon
worlds of wonder
on desolate space
wait time don't erase
maybe I'll clean up my act
today at 5 or so
4 is too early for me
never mind I never run
knowing that I am only
chasing myself
like a dog chases a tail
listening to piano concerto
pounding keys until
the idols fall off the mantle
shattering into pieces
giving me something to
think about as I sweep about
