if I hollered
would it matter
if I didn't want to be bothered
would it matter
if I shouted
"WHAT YOU GONE DO BOUT IT"
would it matter
if I said "I have a dream"
would it matter
if I cried "my ice creams melting
would it matter
if I yelled "GO TO HELL"
would it matter
if I sat in the corner and wrote
would it matter
if I swallowed gum and choked
would anything about me
matter to you
would it matter
if I took off my shoes
would it matter
if I had something to prove
if something was the matter with me
would it matter to you
that's what's the matter with me
still it don't matter
