the rain shall lift 

the sun will shine 

the soil will fertilize 

the seed which you had planted 

and the blessings 

which you prayed for 

cried for 

shall bloom like weeds 

spread throughout your life 

persevere

your tears will 

along with the rain 

be the water that nourishes the soil 

and in time 

the tears which flow abundantly 

will be the drops 

that lead to the abundance 

of blessings which you plead for 

in time the storm shall pass 

the pain all with it too 

the wounds which you received 

 and the scars which remain 

will be the memories 

you use to lay the foundation 

for something special 

so persevere 

this too shall pass
