At the Zoo with my only child
Looking at the animals of the wild
Spring break, daddy daughter date
Wednesday afternoon everything was great
As we walked down the path
A mother felt her angry son’s wrath
Yelling and an epic temper tantrum occurred
I had a 6th sense of doom when I heard the word
NO! spit from her 8 -10 year old boy
I could tell that his brother and sister were getting very annoyed
His mother tried reason, but no good came from it
Her son raised his fist and punched her hard right in the stomach!
I felt so bad for the mom, and every other parent did too
I was glad that my daughter was distracted with another view
The mother was shocked at what her son did
I turned my back as all the other parents did
I heard a cry and her fall to the ground
Has her kid huffed and puffed and stumped around
We stood next to this kid and his family at few exhibits earlier that day
He was not mentally challenged, but struggled to hold his privilege at bay
His mom tied his shoes, and held his IPhone and juice box
He kind of snapped and talked down to his mother and siblings when ever he talked
There was nothing I could do but walk away after he did what he did
Proof positive parents, please discipline your kid
