took a walk outside
seen a lot of birds
wondering to myself why
"there are no butterflies"
sadly dawned on me
"not many caterpillars survive"
to see change of life
tragically slowly dying
in the wake of struggling to
breakthrough to be
what they purposely
inevitably came to be
inherently naturally
yet the free winged bird
comfortably nesting
in comfort zones way
over there not far from home
