Don’t know what’s keeping me up
Just know I can’t sleep
It’s 4:27 am and I’m wide awoke.
Had a hectic nonstop day
Without a drop of coffee
And barely had a 5 minute nap.
Maybe my body is tryna
Get back in sync so it kicked
My last few ounces of adrenaline
In just enough to push me through.
As long as I get my sleep time in,
Things should be back in line tomorrow.
Otherwise, the cycle continues….
