Be calm when I come unraveled

Be calm when I'm out of control

Be calm when I'm about to explode

Be calm when I'm bearing my soul

Be calm when I'm up in arms

Be calm when I express myself

Be calm when I get upset

Be calm when I'm bout to go off

Be calm when I show anger

Be calm when I say I know my rights

Be calm when I look like I'm ready to fight

Be calm when I'm called the N Word and
I turn no other color than skin I'm in

Be calm I am not armed

Be calm I mean you no harm

Be calm there's no cause for alarm

Be calm I've done nothing wrong

Be calm I'm on my way home

Be calm violence is not necessary

Be calm my hands are up
where you can see my palms

Be calm there's nothing up my sleeves

Be calm "PLEASE" I just wanna leave

Be calm I'm in no hurry to get to the cemetery

Yes! Oh so many times we must "fill" our brain with these words that we may remain perpendicular to the ground for another day of struggle. Power pen! Thanks for sharing and reminding...and saving an oncoming "blow up"!
