Horizons searched for mirages from seasoning
Well rung dry from quarantine haunts inside
Heavenly body of urban construct, bountiful
Struck by nature of man that erupts, like summer’s sun
Guise spied’ liquid prancing mid-air, taking breath yet fluid
Hummingbird flights’, defying the why to belief for seeing animation
Stuck by cupid’s dirty cousin stupid in a motif of lust, as mouth gapes wide
So hard was this bricked-house containment, 1st fruits arrangement
Seizing the senses of root chakra squared abundance, blessed earth
Tricks of the mind unwind the defenses of chaste, gives way to chase
Haste knows no other speed beside quickened intent, focus realized
To look away is to deny life in its very meaning of now, in breathing
Wow is the closeup as imagination greets reality in seizing a believing
Stunned by self’s election of objectified admiration, guilt melts away to wonder
Granted one last look, would be the season of eyes scream, in a long hot summer
For a moment I was glad, the mask hides my glee internally, as only eyes’ truth be told
Thank you, Earth’s 1st Queen, for capturing my imagination of shores for swimming…. mindlessly
It is always the senses of sight that are but an illusion, but materially fill me with delight…. momentarily, reinvigorating life after so long in seclusion…..!!
