these days here those days gone still it's the same old song yes it is a Melody gone wrong how sweet it was how cantankerous it is now can't turn it up can't stand the sound it drowns out the creative process spilling my guts to clean up the mess give more stuck with less still gave my best full of rage like lions in a cage waiting for the day when the gate swings open until then I'm hoping the offspring have a future ahead of 'em shout out to those I love it's only a few of you I can trust with my view sadly others I can't on a mission to distort my vision I can't see it any other way I save these thoughts for another day like a rainy day when gloom sets in when life gets under my skin inked in like tattoo tears riling me up like a Jaguar out for blood rooting out those who failed to show some luv
