I never trust,
fortold of our
ending.
Didn't safeguard
the spoilers,
and granted
all the graphic
scenes.
I deflected
my vision of this
harmful spotlight,
but could not
evade its sighting
for too long.
Her protector
I once was,
fighting against
her grief.
I've become the
adversary,
shaking my head
in disbelief.
Words acted as
rapid bullets,
killing off unarmored
partnership.
Triggers the mouths
were,
with no considering
to power in lips.
Went from healing
her lover's bruises,
to providing an addition
of scars.
Taking back her
everything,
proved impossible
by far.
Within the crossfire,
was an explosive rage
She's now only
another foe,
and a teardrop on this
page.
