What we lack is a stronger
foundation

our revolving sense

meaning
just that our working plan
is a foundation
not lunch,
not sex,
not just word of mouth
it’s loving actions and reactions
it’s the prime ingredient of all love
it’s the essential element in all
loving interactions and attraction
free from the surrounding
madness of the nonparticipants
love only comes into being
when we share our most heartfelt emotions
and is never trivial or flighty
it can be found in moments
of heartfelt devotion
true lovers share
only because they care
with unconditional love
not fanciful airs
so long as we connect,
collecting our emotions,
thoughts, and prayers
eliminate distractions
minimize false starts,
correct flaws
as we approach perfection
pause, to admire
what we create together
as we more deeply explore
one another
from within US...
beginning to greater appreciate
