We ask God to bless us here;

Then, we slapped love’s face:-

Murderous warring—

Domestic terrorism;

America’s war:-

Murdering children,

Guns have become killing toys;

But few seem to care:-

     HAIKU  W

Guns killing loved ones—

School grounds, the new battlefields:

Still no gun control:-

     HAIKU  X

Our loved ones are lost;

Joyous lives lost in classrooms—

“No gun control wins:-

     HAIKU  Y

Guns don’t make themselves;

People make them for killing—

It’s about them both:-

     HAIKU  Z

Gun fillerbusters—

Both parties pontificate:

Their loved ones are safe

     A HAIKU  PS:

Drop loved ones at school;

Prayed all day to pickup time:

Please God, not today…
