when you're good at doing something people tend to have a bad habit of expecting you to do what you're good at should the need for what you're good at doing arise you're always expected to be the one to do what you're good at doing "no really" you're expected to do that thing you're good at doing even if no one politely asked you like I like to cook no I'm a damn good cook all hell I'm a bonafide chef with mine but that don't mean I want to be on the grill at every cook out in the kitchen cooking every holiday baking cakes for every bodies birthday volunteering catering service for every wedding "come on people" I get a invitation to dinner and end up in the kitchen standing over a stove teaching somebody how to cook a pot of rice glad I ain't good at cooking crack rock in a crock pot in a trap spot ain't no coming back from that occupational hazard whole time if the turkey didn't come out right and you burnt the pies and the cake in the oven didn't rise don't look at me like it's my fault I been done took the hat and apron off
