If real is something that exists without being caused or affected
Feeling is the only real thing
Our bodies are caused and affected,
When we eat we grow
Our minds are caused and affected,
When we read and explore,our minds expand
We are alive because we feel that we are alive
Our feelings are the closest thing to who we are
How we interact with objects in our environment differs based on how we feel
How we perceive objects in the environment changes based on how we feel
A table looks,smells,touches a certain way when your happy,
and a certain way when your angry
A flower smells different when your blissful
And another way when your unpleasant
Our bodies feel different when we are full of love
and another way when we are hateful
So does our mind
There is no such thing as no feeling
This is referred by some as stillness
And stillness is a feeling,
because you can feel that you are still
Feelings arent caused,
they can be triggered
But they aren't caused
You can be happy without cause
You can be angry without cause
You can be calm without cause
You can be a storm without cause
Sometimes we need to justify feelings
so we tie them to memories
But memories arent alive
Because they cant be felt
What we feel in memories are feelings,not the memories
They are us
And our bodies exist without us
Our minds exist without us
Who we are are our feelings
