I hate to see you cry I'll do anything to dry your eyes wish I could reach inside pull out the pain without getting blood on my hands play your favorite tune to watch you dance and hum do anything to change the mood you're in wanna see you smile again like you did back then before this happen since you tapped out I been trying to tap in all that racket it's me rapping on the door need you to know I'm here long as the rain pours I'll be out on the porch ready to jump off on all fours like the beast I am not too savage to say yes ma'am mind my manners mind my business look the other way there will be no witness did you here me are you listening turn the TV down the distractions loud enough to drown out the sound of you breaking down I need to know when to break in and lift you up so you can eat get some sleep back to you again until then I refuse to leave your side of the fence
