to all my siblings we may not
always agree we may not always
get along we all grew up part the
way in the same home we laughed
we shared we cried together sung
the gospel in choirs together
we were all we had before growing
up and extending our family
let's not forget the things we
went through let's remember
when we didn't know how to
do nothing but love depend and
rely on each other shout-out
to mother she tried to keep us
together but some things
can't be done some things
can't be fixed and must
remain broken we closed
so many doors I don't know
which one to open I'm
grateful for our time together
if only time stood still and
lasted for ever I would have
never needed time nor
reason to write this letter
