seven steps to
breaking a bad habit
step five tell a friend about your goal to quit
personally I wouldn't suggest step five if your friend has the same bad habit your dream to be free from bondage could possibly be sabotage there's some stuff in life you must do secretively in order to succeed abundantly a friend who holds you down might keep you down a friend who has your back might stab you in it tell no one your plan and strategy to win just win and see who sincerely cheers for you when you fall you see who cares for you when you're down and out you see who's there for you often you see nobody you see no one not one shoulder to cry on not one soul to open the door to give you a floor to crawl on no one to call on no joke it's no fun it's heart wrenching heartbreaking devastating and humiliating but through it all life still goes on hold
on the struggle will make you strong enough to go on to face the next challenge the next mountain the next mistake you will make all the way down to the next disappointment you will experience there's no easy route no easy way out and definitely no easy way up but if you stand your ground ten toes down you will eventually level up when you do be careful who you reach down and pull up the same steps up are the same steps back down
