I have been asking myself what is the feeling of poetry for quite some time. THe one thing I do know is that when I recite poetry, I feel a sense of freedom. Like I have been given room to express myself and then the world seems like it is ready for more of me. I think the one thing I never express is that there is too much of me to express. The thoughts are just running around in my mind looking for an outlet.
For some people, it is music or other things. I have found peace in poetry and peace in Poetry Vibe. I can express myself and I feel that my words are not wasted. I was never lost but I am glad to have found this place.
So I think an important question is how do you feel and what is the feeling of poetry that you get when you express your words. Does it bring you peace? I ask that question because for some people it makes them feel like they can go to war. Like they have found a platform where they can express themselves without having to worry about anything. They just tell it like it is and keep it moving.
Whatever feeling you get when you get when you think about poetry, I hope that you are prepared to really put in the effort to be a master of your craft.
