It is the way it moves me,
The pitch of the verse that speaks to me,
The melody and the beat that engage my body so...
As to breath life into my lungs and pump BLOOD into my heart,
It is just NOT some substance of entertainment,
Some small source to get me through my day,
No...it is the very molecule of my being,
The one thing that is but the thing that DEFINES me,
It is me,
Or I am IT!
Plug me in, play me, scratch me, spin me, TRANSFORM ME!
Ahhh...
If I could only have MUSIC...
That is all I'd ever need!
