you allow me to put life into perspective
even if its not what I want to do or hear
I want to tell others how I truly feel
but I don't because they would
see it as disrespectful
I see it as telling it like it is
everything in life isn't watered down
so why should I be
you all me to see beyond the bull
even when I have faith that its not the way it seems
you allow me to make decisions
without second guessing
or regretting I made the choice to begin with
after every encounter
I look forward to seeing you
we are beginning to hang out more these days
getting to know each other
and what we really want out of life
I can tell this is the beginning of a long-lasting friendship
