Can't shake the habit
Just gotta have it
Living in the life of crime
Never wasting any time.
Trying to make the fast dough
Just because times are slow
No one can tell you what to do
Only because it's all on you.
Knowing the sacrifices, the repercussions
What's the sense in having a discussion?
Talking till we're blue in the face,
Knowing we're never gonna win the race.
Sticking out your neck, going out on a limb
Cheating death by a mere whim!
Hoping you're thinking when you're out there
There are others here who still care.
This could be your last chance, you make the choice
All we have are our opinions to voice
There's nothing more to be said
I'd just hate to find out you've been filled with lead.
