The way of communication to explore
The thoughts of one's mind and much, much more
For the knowledge of and the wisdom to
Teach those to be taught and those who know too.
Bridging the gap of friend and foe
Joining forces as our numbers grow.
Side by side through hard times we care
Welcoming those without, in feast we share.
Settling our differences without violence
Speaking against those who oppose us, ending our silence
Supporting the weak so they know we're there
For them as we all speak with God in prayer.
Talking things over, being at peace with oneself
Taking a load off our minds, leaving our worries on the shelf
And in the end until there is no more
Conversation will always be our open door.
