Maybe the wonder of science
Or could it be the soul;
Taught me self-reliance
To be the worthwhile goal;
I could have had a brainwave,
Or an alien took over me;
A past life, perhaps, that karma gave
My eyes the light to see;
Or maybe it's because I got lucky
The day you bumped into me.
