While walking through a wooded glade
where sunlight plays amidst the shade.
Upon a great big rock I took
A seat beside the babbling brook.
I think of things that I count dear,
of things I can't let others hear,
of things I'd someday like to be,
of far off places I'd like to see.
I dream the dreams I cannot share,
Escaping problems I cannot bear,
And hidden in this quite place,
I rest myself from life's fast pace.
