in this life's situation that has unfold
Holding onto things that can only destroy
the inner spirit that one holds so dear
Like a surge of lightening going through your bones
and hoping that the heat of it
doesn't melt you like a heated ice cream cone
Let it go! stop holding onto a past that keeps you fearful and alone.
Control traps in every area of your brain
that life's set backs are contain
Tell control to stay back,swash this demon before it comsumes you
Eating at you like a whale, that will swallow you down
all the way to it's tail
I will not be controlled by lack
I am one who have favor, and that's a fact
Looking for that gate that only I can walk through
